About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Account Director to join our team in Dublin. This role focuses on client acquisition and portfolio development, from building a pipeline and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3 to 12 months) to nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

As a trusted adviser, you will inspire confidence in clients, positioning yourself as a key resource in their cybersecurity strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively, present with impact, and demonstrate a history of success in similar sales roles will be crucial.

What you will do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

What you need to be successful:

  • Successful B2B consultative sales experience (5 years +)
  • Proven experience (ideally) in IT services, cybersecurity, or telecommunications sales.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles (3–12 months).
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative sales approach that builds trust and credibility.
  • Evidence of past achievements in similar roles.
  • Based in Dublin or surrounding areas (hybrid role).

Why Join Threatscape?

  • Work with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and a varied and evolving portfolio of service
  • Work with technical teams that have won multiple awards, including 5 x Microsoft Partner of the Year for Security and Compliance.
  • Competitive salary and commission structure.
