As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will support product development by working on an employee engagement platform, implementing features and ensuring code quality.
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join us as an in-house expert, supporting a fast-growing, international product development team for one of our key clients.
Project context:
The app is an all‑in‑one employee engagement and recognition platform, widely adopted in web and mobile form to boost culture, motivation, and performance - complete with pulse surveys, reward systems, team challenges, and analytics dashboards.

What you need:
- Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
- Knows their way around PostgresSQL database
- Hands on experience with ElasticSearch
- Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
- Equipped with real-world Git & Gitflow experience
- Writes clean and SOLID code that adheres to best practices
- Strong English communication skills (B2+)
- Availability for full-time cooperation
Salary
15 180 - 24 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract only)
