🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We're seeking a Risk Analyst to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will support the ongoing development and enhancement of our risk management framework.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll work with a range of teams including Legal, Compliance, and Operations to help us maintain a strong risk culture and ensure best practices are followed.


🧩 What you will be working on
Your work will involve a mix of analysis, reporting, and collaboration, with a focus on supporting the broader risk team.
  • Risk Management Framework: Support the team in implementing and maintaining the risk management framework by helping to identify, measure, and monitor key risks across the business.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Assist with periodic risk reviews and testing to ensure compliance with internal controls. You'll also help prepare and collate data for risk reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams across the business to promote risk awareness and assist with gathering information for risk assessments.
  • Regulatory Support: Help with preparing documentation for regulatory reviews and audits by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
 🤟 What you will bring
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a risk management, finance, or compliance-related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: An understanding of financial services or a regulated environment. Familiarity with Irish and EU regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Education: A degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are a bonus.
  • Mindset: A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the risk management field.
  • Interest: Enthusiasm for fintech and innovation in financial services.

  • Base salary: €30,000–€45,000
