Mission
We are seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be focussed on our Customer Success and Expansion Sales, and is the owner of the systems and processes for analyzing, tracking targets and optimizing the sales funnels, forecasting and reporting, to drive Smartcat’s Existing Business growth. This role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations.
Because of the focus on expansion sales, you will collaborate daily with the VP of Account Management, but stay closely aligned with the Marketing, SDR, and New Business teams, making it a smooth interconnected customer experience.
Outcomes
- Territories and portfolio planning in alignment with GTM teams.
- Handover process between pre-and-post sales teams, as well as expansion sales.
- Implement and maintain CPQ and quoting.
- Implement tools like Outreach.
- Owns models and execution on Quarterly and weekly Forecasting.
- Headcount modelling.
- Supporting Solutions engineering workflow.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in an analytical role in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience and expertise with HubSpot is required.
- Experience with lead generation and data tools such as Chilipiper, Zoominfo, are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and implement strategy and implementation plans, ranging from territory management to Outreach implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
