The Role:
In this role, you will act as the RevOps Business Partner to the VP of Customer Growth (Account management, expansion sales, CSM). You will be responsible for running and evolving the business unit through data insights, project management of critical initiatives and delivery of core business operations. You will partner with your business leader to evolve the strategy of the department, ensuring it is aligned with company direction and coordinating the prioritisation and investment to get there.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with scope to expand and lead a team as we grow.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Sales Strategy: Develop and drive key strategic initiatives for the entire existing business function.
- Analysis: Own weekly/monthly forecasting processes, drive ad-hoc analysis and input into annual planning process
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure the right teams and leaders are aligned to deliver on the priorities of your business unit. Key stakeholders include finance, enablement, data & systems, marketing, product-growth etc.
- Program/Project Management: Own execution of key departmental initiatives from conception to completion
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of analytical experience in sales ops, finance, banking or consulting
- Prior experience running forecasting for a subscription business - churn and expansion experience is a plus
- Expertise in excel, BI tools and data visualization
- Experience presenting to Director + and C level audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: experience working with/supporting Customer Success teams

- Contribution to growth and efficiency metrics - cross-sell revenue, churn, ARR per FTE
- On-time delivery of key projects
- Stakeholder satisfaction metrics
