Senior Recruitment Partner 12 Month FTC (Engineering + Tech)

Job Description:

Hybrid role in office 3 days per week

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to partner with our technology organisation. You’ll recruit for roles across Software Engineering, , QA Engineering, Engineering Leadership; partnering closely with leaders to bring new humans into the business. Your focus will be strong sourcing, relationship building, and creating a smooth, human hiring experience. While tech will be your main area, you’ll also support other business roles as needed.

The Skills You Will Bring

• 5+ years’ full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house experience

• Strong background delivering complex technical roles

• Advanced sourcing skills: talent mapping, passive outreach, market insights

• Confident working with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards, Experience with Workday is an advantage.

• Ability to use data to influence decisions and improve processes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams

• Excellent time management and prioritisation across multiple roles

• Commitment to a fair, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience

• Collaborative and agile mindset; supportive of teammates, willing to share expertise, and support other business areas as required.

• A mindset that embraces modern AI tools to simplify tasks, speed up workflows, and elevate the hiring experience.
