Responsibilities
- Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Source and engage top talent through various channels, including resume databases, networking sites, and referrals.
- Assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide regular reporting and consultative guidance to stakeholders on recruitment activities and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Proficiency in using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
Compensation
Cielo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
