Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute as a technical specialist in a cross-functional Agile development team building and maintaining clinical software.
- Develop functional testing strategies to validate application performance, security, and interoperability.
- Collaborate with other Agile teams on joint projects to advise and deliver work of high quality and caliber.
- Identify, document and bring awareness to functional and non-functional issues in application from design through to validation.
- Create and maintain a suite of both automated and manual regression test scripts for continuous integration systems.
- System management tasks to support testing activities.
- Design and build scripts to support testing activities.
- Other duties may be directed by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline.
- 6+ years professional IT experience.
- Understands web or mobile development technologies.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to learning new methodology, technologies and software products.
- Be able to drive tasks forward independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Good understanding of the SDLC and software testing principles.
- Selenium or Appium experience is advantageous.
- Experience in testing AI is advantageous.
- Qualifications and/or certifications in AI are advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in at least 1 programming language is advantageous.
- System administration or DevOps experience is advantageous.
InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
