  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams comprised of CEL and contract field engineers, collaborating with the site services technical lead to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a safe, effective working environment onsite.
  • Monitor project financial performance, tracking budgets and margins, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Handle project changes and variations, evaluating their impact on costs, schedules, and resources, while negotiating solutions with clients as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Site Services Technical Lead, Engineering, QA, Production, and Finance, to facilitate smooth transitions, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress using established KPIs, identifying risks early and proactively driving preventative or corrective actions.
  • Act as the representative of CEL in client meetings, audits, and project reviews across Ireland and Europe.

Requirements
  • Possessing a degree or trade education alongside 3 to 5 years of experience in senior project management.
  • Must demonstrate financial literacy with the capability to analyze financial performance effectively.
  • Exhibited strong organizational and communication skills within the electrical and data center sectors.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a talent for identifying and resolving problems.
