Senior Project Manager - Contract

We are looking for a Dynamics Project Manager to lead the oversight and development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 project for our client.

An ideal candidate will be required to manage the full Agile project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, and requirements. They will work closely with our customers to coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, internal staff, and key stakeholders. They will act as a liaison between technical experts and business leaders to ensure that the requirements, issues, and objectives are met within agreed timelines.

• Project Planning: Defining requirements, creating detailed work plans, setting timelines.
• Team Leadership: Coordinating and leading cross-functional team, including developers, internal staff, and stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the main point of contact, facilitating communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and providing regular status updates. Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively resolving project issues.
• Quality Assurance: Overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring user acceptance testing (UAT) is completed successfully.
• Change Management: Working closely with our stakeholders to ensure change requests are communicated and helping to drive change management initiatives to ensure successful user adoption of any new functionality.
• Essential skills Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and the Power Platform).
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Communication: Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a project team toward a common goal.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how Dynamics 365 can be used to meet business objectives.
• At least 5 years’ experience Microsoft Dynamics. Proven project management experience working with public bodies on large scale cloud platforms Azure and Power Platform, as well as proven knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies in a large-scale environment.
