We’re looking for a Product Quality Specialist who will not only validate our product releases but also pioneer AI-powered testing approaches to ensure the highest quality for our customers. This role is embedded in the Product organization, focusing on real-world quality validation, analytics-driven issue detection, and automation of customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end quality of product features
- Apply deep knowledge of using AI tools for product quality control and combine hands-on validation with AI-augmented testing to scale coverage.
- Develop and maintain product test documentation to align with product requirements.
- Validate key user flows. Run Customer Journey Tests (CJM): Simulate and monitor end-to-end user flows (registration, login, payments, core product flows) on production.
- Monitor product health: Check metrics, dashboards, and analytics to spot anomalies or quality issues after launch
- Support fast iteration: Be embedded in the Product team to give rapid feedback on whether new releases meet real-world use cases.
- Perform cross-platform testing (desktop, mobile web, native apps).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define acceptance criteria and ensure clear test coverage.
- Investigate and reproduce customer-facing issues; document findings with clarity and precision.
- Monitor product releases, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to release go/no-go decisions.
- Support localisation and regulatory testing for multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Russian - Native Speaker, English - B1+ (for reading documentation, reporting).
- Possibility to work in CET time zone (+/- 1 hour).
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or product operations with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Specialized or close to specialized education (preferably technical)
- Availability of certificates of training, completion, additional courses, etc.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Ability to design and execute practical, outcome-driven test cases without over-engineering.
- Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset; you don’t just report issues, you help define what good looks like
