The Opportunity
Workhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Recognition Product team which sits at the heart of developing and implementing a product roadmap of features used to enhance employee experience at some of the world's largest organizations.
You'll enter the organization at an exciting time as we work to invest in features that emphasize the importance and impact that "recognition done right" can have on an organization. You will have the opportunity to have major impact by working cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to shape products from initial discovery through go-to-market and launch.

The Skills you will bring
- Ideally, 8+ years working as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile/Scrum product development environment. However, equivalent skills, as well as the relevance of your experience and notable achievements, will also be taken into consideration.
- A strategic mindset for expanding product offerings and identifying key customer problems to solve
- The ability to manipulate and interpret data at scale to make data-driven product decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align and rally various teams/departments towards a common goal
- Ability to crisply and clearly communicate to influence decision making and inspire towards a shared vision
- Attention to detail
- Passion for innovation, deriving fulfilment from driving innovation and continuous improvement
- A bias for action with a sense of ownership and accountability for driving results
Achievements
- Has successfully scaled new SaaS product functionality ideally taking platform capabilities and making them self-service for large enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ability to create clear product strategies from scratch, achieving executive buy-in for new product functionality
- Has led highly cross-functional initiatives where several departments/stakeholders have requirements that need to be balanced/solved for
- Proven success scaling product functionality in market with customers resulting in tens of millions in revenue
