CitySwift is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

About the role

In this role you will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for CitySwift applications. To do this you will have a deep understanding of user needs and behavior, a passion for exceptional UX, and the ability to bring innovative solutions to life. You bring clarity, vision, and direction while adopting a lean approach to product management. The results of your work will transform how millions interact with public transport. 

Key responsibilites
  • User Obsession: Be the champion for our users. Dive deep into their needs, behaviors, and feedback to drive UX that’s not just good, but great.
  • Solve the Core Problems: Cut through the noise. Focus relentlessly on the core issues, employing your problem-solving prowess to deliver solutions that truly matter.
  • Drive Lean Product Development: Lead with agility and precision. Shape the lean product development process, ensuring rapid, iterative success from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate and Inspire: Partner with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, Data Science—to bring your vision to life. Your leadership will not only inspire but also elevate the work of those around you.
  • Autonomous Leadership: Navigate the product landscape with confidence and independence. Set your course, make decisive calls, and steer projects to success without a detailed map.
Key skills
  • 3+ years in product management, with a standout record in app development centered around user experience.
  • Obsessed with UX, with a strong ability to translate complex data into intuitive, accessible applications.
  • Self-driven and autonomous, thriving in environments where you can lead without constant direction.
  • A strategic thinker and doer, capable of leading lean product development from ideation to execution across multiple iterations.
  • An exceptional communicator, capable of voicing user needs and rallying teams around a shared vision.
