Job Description Summary

The Product Manager will own and evolve key areas of SpherePX, with a particular focus on AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences. The role combines product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral insights, UX, and data to create solutions that improve patient and healthcare professional experiences while operating safely within a regulated environment.
A major focus of the role is identifying where AI and personalization can meaningfully improve care journeys, while maintaining patient safety, privacy, transparency, appropriate human oversight, and measurable value. The Product Manager will contribute shaping the product roadmap and drive evidence-based product decisions, using user feedback, analytics, and real-world insights to measure outcomes, manage product risks, and continuously evolve the product in line with user needs, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidate: An experienced Product Manager with 10+ years of experience building complex digital products, strong systems thinking, UX and analytical skills, and experience with AI-powered and personalized user experiences. Healthcare/digital health experience, behavioral science expertise, and experience working in regulated environments such as MedTech or SaMD are strong advantages.

THE ROLE

is an end-to-end partner for healthcare and life sciences, combining strategic, clinical, operational, data, and technology expertise to design and deliver patient-centered programs that create real-world impact. PCR-ENG is Alira Health’s Digital & AI Factory for precision health programs. SpherePX is a configurable platform that supports the full care continuum, empowering patients, clinicians, and operational teams through AI-enabled decision support while keeping humans in control.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next generation of SpherePX and drive the evolution of our AI-enabled care pathway solutions.
This person will play a critical role in creating intelligent, evidence-informed experiences that support proactive, personalized, and coordinated care. As AI becomes increasingly embedded within SpherePX, they will identify where it can create meaningful value for patients, healthcare professionals, and care teams, while ensuring it is applied in a safe, measurable, and human-centered way.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented product specialist who can bring together clinical needs, patient experience, behavioral insights, operational complexity, and data to shape clear product requirements and effective solutions.

This person will take end-to-end accountability for a product area, make high-impact trade-off decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and regulated environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the Product Area: Lead the care pathway product end to end. From discovery and problem definition through solution design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and continuous iteration.
  • Drive Product Intelligence: Continuously assess the external product and technology landscape by benchmarking relevant digital health solutions, monitoring emerging innovations, market trends, and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate Complexity into Clear Requirements: Turn complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical challenges into simple, actionable product requirements while validating user needs, pain points, and adoption barriers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational stakeholders to ensure product decisions are feasible, coherent, scalable, and evidence-informed.
  • Ensure Responsible AI, Governance, and Compliance: Ensure product decisions respect human-in-the-loop principles, patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, auditability, and the regulated environment in which SpherePX operates.
  • Manage Product Risk: Identify and escalate product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational risks or dependencies early and recommend practical paths forward.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Use qualitative feedback, behavioral and product analytics, performance data, and insights from live programs to continuously improve the product and care experience.
  • Drive Backlog Prioritization: Translate strategic priorities, evidences, user needs, and technical considerations into a prioritized backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain Product Documentation: Keep product documentation current and consistent throughout the SDLC to support regulatory requirements, traceability, effective delivery, and clear stakeholder communication.


SKILLS
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with complex and scalable digital products or platforms.
  • Excellent systems and critical thinking, with the ability to break down complex clinical, behavioral, and technical problems.
  • Strong UX and human-centered product mindset, particularly for patient-facing and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical, clinical, and business teams.
  • Experience with personalized or adaptive digital experiences, with an understanding of behavior change, motivation, engagement, adherence, and patient decision-making.
  • Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, with a track record of applying AI to enhance user journeys through intuitive, personalized, and context-aware interactions that support engagement, decision-making, and behavior change, while maintaining user trust, appropriate human oversight, and measurable user value.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy, with the ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.

Preference given to candidates with:

  • Healthcare / Digital Health domain knowledge, with a solid understanding of care pathways, patient journeys, and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Formal background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in regulated healthcare environments, including digital health, MedTech, or SaMD.

The final offer will be determined within the applicable location-specific range and will depend on the candidate’s confirmed work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and role scope.

Europe: EUR 55,000–65,000 gross annually
