As a Product Manager in the Websites group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our editor experience, global styling systems, asset management tools, and our library of blocks, pages, and sections. You will work at the intersection of design intelligence and engineering innovation to define product experiences that are both expressive and accessible.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role based in our Dublin office, reporting directly to the Product Director for Websites.
You'll Get To...- Lead a cross-functional team to develop new website creation capabilities—from drag-and-drop interfaces to styling systems to AI-powered content tools.
- Shape the roadmap for key areas like global styling, content creation, page and block management, or the editor's core UI/UX.
- Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into a strategy that elevates both user delight and business value.
- Deepen our product's “Design Intelligence” by embedding automation, AI, and curation into the editing workflow.
Partner with design, engineering, data, research, and marketing to deliver best-in-class user experiences that help users go from blank page to fully branded website. - Influence company-wide initiatives that rely on or extend the core website editor platform.
- Contribute to group-level OKRs and support cross-functional planning across the broader Product organization.
- 4–6 years of product management experience building consumer-facing SaaS or design tools.
- Proven success shipping complex user experiences in web platforms, design systems, or rich content creation environments.
- Strong product discovery skills and ability to shape strategic bets with ambiguous input.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences; able to align diverse stakeholders around a compelling vision and drive measurable outcomes.
- Passion for elegant UX, expressive design, and empowering non-technical users through software.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, rendering pipelines, or design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience working with or on platforms that support extensibility and collaboration across multiple teams is a strong advantage.
