As a Senior Product Manager at Gong, you will drive the evolution of one of our flagship product lines, creating transformative products that provide actionable insights and unparalleled visibility into customer interactions.

**This position is in Dublin, where the organization maintains a substantial R&D division, following a ~3 months onboarding process at the Israeli site.

You will be responsible for:

  • Product Development: Spearhead developing and enhancing mission-critical products that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while adopting a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Employ data modeling techniques to inform and enhance product strategies.
  • Strategic Vision: Think creatively and strategically, envisioning long-term solutions in a large-scale, enterprise-grade environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product design, engineering, and other teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Innovation and Execution: Balance innovative thinking with practical execution to drive product success and company growth.

You should apply if you have:

  • Over 8 years of experience as a product manager in SaaS B2B products.
  • Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • A proven track record in driving product execution with hands-on implementation.
  • Strong execution skills and forward-thinking abilities.
  • A commitment to ownership and responsibility for created products.
  • A strong understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
  • Superb user experience skills combined with technical understanding.
  • The capability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
  • Fluency or high proficiency in English.
