What we offer
What our interview process looks like
The origin story of Roamless is one that will be familiar to many: we saw something broken and we decided to fix it for good.
We all travel. We all need to stay connected. And we all hate roaming charges. Existing alternatives were clunky, expensive, and unreliable, so we built something better. We made it easy, reliable and affordable for travellers to get connected and stay connected as they roam the world.
Our truly global mobile connectivity service is up to 90% cheaper than traditional roaming. With one eSIM, you get instant, reliable data anywhere in the world. No SIM swaps, no hunting for Wi-Fi, no choosing countries or data packs. Your balance never expires, so you can use it across trips with zero hidden fees or expiration dates.
In just 3 years, we've grown 4-5x Year on Year and have been trusted by +1M users who overall rate us 4.6 on Trustpilot.
🚀 We also recently closed a $12M Series A led by Rasmal Ventures, with participation from Shorooq, Revo Capital, Finberg, and JIMCO, to fuel our mission of becoming the world’s first truly global mobile operator.
Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 60, and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~12 months.
Roamless is post-Series A and scaling fast. We have built a product that serves millions of travelers across 200+ countries, and now we are entering our optimization and growth phase.
We are looking for a Product Manager to own our iOS and Android mobile apps, used by more than 1.5M users. This is a product-led growth role. You will own the three growth levers on mobile: acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will decide what gets built, run experiments to validate it, and drive adoption once it ships. You will work across push notification strategy, onboarding optimization, in-app engagement, and the growth loops that turn users into paying, returning customers.
This role is for someone who has managed mobile apps before and understands what makes mobile different: release cycles, platform constraints, mobile-specific user behavior, and the unique growth levers available on iOS and Android. You think in growth loops (not just funnels), you are comfortable with experimentation, and you want real ownership of how a product grows.
Hi, I'm Elisa and I head the Product team at Roamless. I've spent my career building products at companies like Trivago, Grab and Visa. As an avid traveller myself, I know we can build the best cross-border connectivity experience for our users.
I'm working alongside Ali, our COO, and the rest of the founders, who between them have over 50 years of combined experience in building telecom infrastructure. This mix of deep telco know-how combined with strong product thinking is what makes us uniquely positioned to win this market.

- Own push notification strategy, onboarding flows, and in-app engagement to improve key lifecycle metrics.
- Talk directly with users and run user interviews to uncover mobile-specific problems and opportunities.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate user problems into clear solutions, working to deliver iteratively.
- Define and track mobile success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to ensure improvements translate into real business impact.
- Manage mobile release cycles and phased rollouts.
- Collaborate with marketing on mobile-specific positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features.
- Help establish effective ways of working with the existing mobile squad and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to how we do product at Roamless, bringing best practices and raising the bar for product thinking.
