The Company
AccountsIQ is an award-winning, cloud-based accounting and business management platform for medium-sized companies and groups. We combine powerful consolidation, multi-entity capabilities, integrations, and automation so finance teams can streamline operations and deliver insights. We are expanding internationally and scaling our product to meet evolving customer needs - including a next-generation integrations experience and app marketplace.

The Role

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to provide product leadership for our Integrations Marketplace - the customer and partner experience for discovering, installing, configuring, and managing integrations in AccountsIQ. This role is centred on product strategy and execution: deciding what we should integrate with, why it matters, and how the marketplace experience should work end-to-end.

You‘ll partner closely with Engineering and Architecture (who own the underlying integration platform implementation) to translate strategy into clear requirements, priorities, and outcomes.

What you’ll own

  • Marketplace strategy and roadmap: integration categories, prioritisation model, partner tiers, and monetisation approach.
  • The end-to-end customer experience: discover > install > connect > configure > monitor > renew/offboard.
  • Partner ecosystem and programme: onboarding journey, listing standards, certification criteria, support model, and co-marketing inputs.
  • Product requirements for the platform capabilities needed to support the marketplace experience (e.g. authentication, setup flows, monitoring), in partnership with Engineering.
  • Customer transition planning from today's integrations to the new experience (communications, enablement, and phased rollout).

What you’ll be doing

Strategy, Discovery & Prioritisation:

  • Defining the product vision for the Integrations Marketplace and aligning stakeholders on what good looks like.
  • Building a data-driven prioritisation framework for integration opportunities (customer demand, revenue potential, strategic fit, feasibility).
  • Running continuous discovery: customer interviews, win/loss insights, support ticket analysis, product analytics, and market research.
  • Defining the target categories to win in (e.g. payments, expense management, AP automation, CRM/PSA, banking feeds, HR/payroll) and the experience principles for each.

Marketplace Experience & Product Delivery:

  • Owning the marketplace and in-product integrations management UX, working with Product Design to create intuitive, low-friction admin journeys.
  • Translating strategy into a roadmap, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage trade-offs to deliver value iteratively.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Architecture to ensure platform capabilities support the desired customer and partner experience, without owning platform architecture.
  • Planning rollouts with Support and Professional Services, ensuring clear documentation, enablement, and feedback loops.

Partner Ecosystem:

  • Defining a partner onboarding and certification programme, including quality, security, and support requirements for listings.
  • Working with the Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to build a partner pipeline and go-to-market plan for priority categories.
  • Defining commercial models for marketplace participation (where applicable), including pricing approaches and revenue-share principles.

Operational Readiness & Customer Transition:

  • Defining customer-facing monitoring and admin workflows (status, alerts, troubleshooting guidance) so integrations are understandable and supportable.
  • Partnering with Support and Engineering to ensure a smooth transition from current integrations to the new marketplace experience with minimal disruption.
  • Driving stakeholder communications, release notes, and training assets to support adoption.

What you’ll need

Essential:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building products that involve integrations, partner ecosystems, marketplaces, or platform capabilities.
  • Strong discovery and strategic thinking: comfortable using qualitative and quantitative inputs to decide what to build next.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Engineering (comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, webhooks and file-based integrations at a practical level).
  • Experience shaping complex admin workflows and designing for reliability, transparency, and supportability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, Services, Support, Sales and Partners.

Nice to have:

  • Domain experience in accounting/ERP, purchase-to-pay, payments, or banking feeds.
  • Exposure to iPaaS / workflow tooling (e.g. Azure Integration Services / Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier) from a product perspective.
  • Experience defining partner programmes, certification standards, and joint GTM motions.
  • Experience with pricing and monetisation concepts for platform or marketplace products.
