Starting a business from scratch can be daunting, especially for merchants new to selling. Even once you gain traction, transitioning from an idea to a fully established business presents significant challenges. The Financial Solutions Group is dedicated to supporting merchants by providing the essential tools needed to monetize and scale their businesses. This team oversees key product areas such as Checkout, Payments, Capital, Risk, and Platform Expansion. Focused on innovation and continuous improvement, the group strives to enhance a top-tier e-commerce ecosystem that empowers merchants to elevate their business. In this role, you will make an impact in the Risk and Platform Expansion product areas.As a Product Manager on these teams, you will create the strategy and tactical roadmap that puts the user experience first and guides towards our shared Commerce and company goals. You have an interest in risk management, financial systems, e-commerce tools and building products that have revenue driving ability.

You will report to the Product Director for Financial Solutions and will work on-site (hybrid) at our Dublin headquarters.

You'll Get To…

  • Create and prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources and justified by return on investment
  • Guide product development—from conception to launch—with consideration for more than just your specific team, but also adjacent teams and the broader Financial Solutions group.
  • Be a single, mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics
  • Partner with our teams to launch new features, with customer operations to develop excellent support for merchants, and with analytics to monitor engagement and evaluate product success
  • Independently shape your team’s goals and vision given a strategic direction, and determine the methods and procedures to manage new assignments
  • Work with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact multiple teams
  • Contribute to OKRs, team and product strategy
  • Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas

Who We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience in the FinTech or financial services industry, but not required.
  • A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and user segmentation 
  • Take a vague problem, research and prepare a compelling proposal for action to guide important outcomes. 
  • Experience leading cross-team research studies
  • A understanding of financial products and services (e.g., payments, lending, banking software)
  • Knowledge of financial technologies such as digital wallets, payment gateways and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience with risk management practices and services
  • Interest in building platforms and internal tools
