Job Description:
As a Senior Product/Solutions Engineer at Fidelity Labs, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our customers and product development teams. You'll take the lead in engaging with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, design innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product improvements. Leveraging lean methodologies, you'll ensure our solutions are cutting-edge, scalable, secure, and user-centric. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and long-term product success while serving as the technical liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Product Management role
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and solution design
- Demonstrated expertise in translating customer requirements into technical specifications and viable product solutions
- Experience with prototyping, feature validation experiments, and iterative product development methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, API design, and system integration
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth of technical team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not necessary)
- Deep expertise/knowledge of blockchain, crypto and Decentralized Finance
