Let’s fix hospitality, for good.

We’re on a mission to help the hospitality industry double their profitability, reduce their carbon footprint, and create better working environments for their teams.

Our CEO, Conor, founded and scaled Mad Egg - one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Ireland. After years of juggling “market-leading” systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the solution he wished he had from day one: Nory.

Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins.

Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined - and a recent Series A led by Accel - we’re scaling fast. We’ve grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK and Spain, and we’re just getting started.

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and take product design at Nory to the next level. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of restaurant management, designing products that simplify the work of restaurant teams worldwide and help operators run profitable and sustainable businesses.

What you’ll be doing

You will collaborate closely with product managers, product engineers, customer success and other designers to build a truly special product, in a tight feedback loop with leadership, production and our customers.

This role isn’t for everyone - we set a high bar for what we build. But if you love to solve hard problems and deliver delightful products our customers can’t live without, you’ll thrive here.

Here are some examples of what you’ll be helping us with:

  • Working through customer problems from the very beginning through launch and multiple iterations. Planning and shipping new, high-impact features to make Nory smarter, more powerful, and ergonomic for our users.

  • Rapidly iterate on the product to meet the needs of new and soon-to-be customers. The product is relatively young, and we work closely with its users to improve it based on real-world usage.

  • Deepening our understanding of our users and customers, using this information to create best designs possible & sharing this information with the wider Nory team.

  • Working with our GTM function to improve how we present Nory (and ourselves!) to the world

  • Maintaining and evolving Bento, our design system

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for exceptional builders – people who have a proven track record of designing great products, ideally at B2B SaaS start-ups or scale-ups during a period of rapid growth.

You have most, or all of the following attributes:

  • Depth of experience: You have 5+ years of experience doing end-to-end product design work: getting a 0 to 1 product out the door, then scaling it from 1 to 10 alongside product managers and engineers.

  • Goal focus: You care about business and customer impact and drive towards measurable outcomes. You set clear goals, execute with quality in mind and prioritise what matters most

  • High agency and start-up readiness: You don’t sit around waiting for instructions or the perfect conditions to get started. When something needs to get done, you take ownership and you make it happen. You’re resourceful, proactive, and thrive in ambiguous situations where the path forward isn’t always clear. You act with urgency, thrive in ambiguity, and proactively unblock yourself and others to maintain momentum.

  • Collaboration and communication: You work effectively across functions, communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas

  • Technical skills: You’re familiar with popular front end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind). You embrace dynamic prototypes as a way to communicate ideas quickly, even ship code to production sometimes.

  • Learning mindset: You embrace feedback, pursue growth, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What you’ll get in return

📈 Meaningful equity, at Nory everyone is an owner!

How we work

Our vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry.

One where operators are in control, margins are stronger, and frontline teams can build careers they’re proud of. To get there, we move fast, stay focused, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Our values guide how we work, grow, and win – together.

These are the values we live by:

We serve up impact with a side of profit: We prioritise work that delivers real financial results for our restaurant partners.

We prioritise speed of service: We move fast, unblock quickly, and deliver with urgency.

We act like owners: We own problems, raise the bar, and build better every day.

We win as a crew: We grow stronger through feedback, collaboration, and shared wins.

We hire humans.

At Nory, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, family status, age, disability, or race. What matters to us is how you think, how you work, and what you bring to the table. Please let us know if you require any adjustments so you can bring your best self to the interview process.
