The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices.
You’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you'll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Create landing pages
  • Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for 
  • Position products and features in content and layout that makes 
  • Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics

  • Develop product features for web
  • Design features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, fitting and adjusting existing features for the context of web, or developing brand new experiences
  • Contribute to the design system on web

  • Create visuals and animations
  • Develop processes for creating graphics using various tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI
  • Create product mockups that showcase app experiences
  • Develop spot and hero graphics that relate to the Crypto.com brand

  • Data and Analytics
  • Set measurable goals for the performance of the website and individual pages you work on
  • Research and study current analytics in tools like Mixpanel
  • Define with PMs and developers what to track and why

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • You currently hold crypto and understand the basics of trading
  • You have 4+ years of experience working as a product designer on digital products
  • You have designed professional websites and their web identities
  • Fluid use of Figma, components, variables, and styles
  • Basic knowledge of graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI
  • You have solved complex problems and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principles
  • You understand different research approaches and know which ones to utilize and when
  • You demonstrate product vision and use data and experimentation to provide product direction
  • You’re excellent at articulating design decisions, presenting to clients or stakeholders
  • You demonstrate solid leadership skills and an ability to develop strong partnerships with product managers and engineers
