Procore’s People Team is looking for a Senior People Partner to help grow our people centric and high performing culture as we scale. In this role you will support the EMEA Go To Market organisation. As a successful Senior People Partner, you will design, own and drive critical talent initiatives for EMEA Go to Market. You’ll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) within the People Organisation, other People Partners, and Business Leaders to deliver a people strategy that elevates the employee experience and drives key business results. This is a full time position that reports to the Senior Director, People Partner Lead for Global Go to Market. The role is located in Dublin, IE and is hybrid. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Gain a deep understanding of the business and work proactively with leaders on workforce challenges and strategy, aligning people priorities with business objectives to transform, and scale the organization
Effectively partner with business leadership, COEs and global People Partners to lead on organisational design and development, change management, workforce planning, culture and belonging, talent strategy, employee engagement and program rollouts in support of delivering required business outcomes
Support the leadership and management team in developing and driving a high performance culture
Provide expert executive coaching and support leadership development of the EMEA Go to Market leadership team
Use data to influence, advise and problem solve
Analyse trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives
Support the development and execution of talent management processes, including performance review cycles, promotions, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning
Manage stakeholders for alignment and to hold accountability
Communicate to a diverse population by flexing your style according to the audience

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of relevant experience within a Talent/HR organisation
Proven experience effectively partnering with senior leaders within an organisation to craft and deliver against a strategic people plan
Demonstrated ability to scale processes and organisations in a global and matrixed environment
Desire to be part of a growth journey, navigating complexity and ambiguity and developing new solutions to meet ever evolving business needs
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach, influence, consult and communicate at the VP, SVP and C-Suite level, leveraging ability to tell stories with data
Proven ability to deliver business growth and impact through effective organisational talent and workforce planning
Ability to embed in a business unit and understand how that part of the business is successful and how it interacts with the other business units
Good judgement, advanced business acumen, creative problem solving, exceptional communication skills
Team player mentality that can demonstrate expertise in collaboration across People and business teams, regardless of organisational and geographical boundaries
Experience managing complex and sensitive employee issues
Base Pay Range:
