Role Overview
We are seeking a new team member to join the People team to support organisational design, change, and broader transformation initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of people, business, and operational effectiveness, contributing directly to shaping how our organisation evolves. It is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and is motivated by driving meaningful, sustainable improvements. Rather than solely managing programs, this position works closely with stakeholders to deliver change that supports broader business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Support change and transformation programs for teams within the Build and Deliver organisation.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and implementation activities.
- Lead the design and delivery of project and program management activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide structured analysis to support decision-making and project direction.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with change management tools, methodologies, and templates.
- Ability to apply data-driven insights and meaningful analysis to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex issues.
- Proven experience working across the full project lifecycle in fast-paced or agile environments.
- Experience in or strong exposure to SaaS, technology, or related industries (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Practical problem-solving ability, adaptability, and resilience.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to large-scale transformation and/or change initiatives.
- Experience establishing, reporting on and managing programs of work.
- Experience working on people or HR programs.
