Mission and Goals

We are now hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst – EMEA, with primary responsibility for Ireland, the Nordics, and Poland. The role will also support additional markets, including (but not limited to) Romania, the UK, and Germany. This role is a practical, execution-focused payroll position. It is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to hands-on EMEA payroll delivery.

 Gen EMEA Payroll is an experienced team based in Dublin, Czechia, and Slovakia. We process payroll for 16 entities across EMEA, including payroll journals and tax reporting. This role focuses on delivering accurate, compliant payroll for Ireland, the Nordics, and Poland, while supporting additional markets such as Romania, the UK, and Germany.

Objectives

  •  Oversee monthly payroll processing for assigned countries through ADP Celergo

  •  Process and track RSU and ESPP equity transactions

  •  Prepare monthly approvals and deliver output to the Accounting team

  •  Manage payment of net salaries and taxes

  •  Support statutory and tax audits with required payroll information

  •  Apply company policies and local payroll procedures

  •  Manage country-specific statutory reporting, including benefits

  •  Provide high quality, timely customer service to employees and partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • IPASS, Business Studies degree, Accounting Technician, CIPP, or PayrollOrg qualification

  • Minimum 5 years payroll experience

  • Experience processing monthly payrolls via outsourced providers ADP preferred

  • Basic payroll accounting

  • Advanced Excel

  • Experience working with HR to payroll data flows, with Workday experience an advantage

  • Experience supporting payroll process improvements

Competencies

  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail when handling payroll data

  • Ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive resolution

  • Clear and professional communication with employees, vendors, and internal teams

  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple countries with varying statutory requirements

  • Experienced in working within an outsourced payroll model ADP Celergo
