We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Partner Operations Analyst to join our global team. Based in London, you'll support both our partners and partner managers across the EMEA and APAC regions. You'll play a critical role in optimising partner operations, spearheading strategic insights, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our partnerships.

How you'll make an impact:
- Partner Operations Leadership: Serve as the central point of coordination for partner operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
- Sales Analytics & Forecasting: Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models to track partner performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for partner growth and operational improvements, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to support partner initiatives, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
- Process Optimisation: Design and implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.
- Partner Enablement: Collaborate with the enablement teams to ensure partners have access to the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner performance metrics, operational achievements, and key business insights.
Who you are:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role ideally within SaaS/ MarTech.
- Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Experience supporting EMEA and APAC markets, with an understanding of regional dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualisation and reporting.
- Remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities across diverse regions.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with global teams and partners.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on spearheading operational efficiency and business growth.
- Solid project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
