Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Support Consultant

We’re expanding our Oracle E-Business Suite team and looking for a Senior Functional Support Consultant (Supply Chain) who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leading configurations, and driving excellence through customer-focused delivery.

You’ll work across EBS R12.x.x modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing, helping clients optimise their supply chain operations while keeping systems compliant with the latest Oracle patches and legislation.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and document business requirements and system configurations using the Oracle AIM methodology.
  • Configure Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.x.x to meet customer requirements.
  • Support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases.
  • Deliver user training and ensure thorough knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Manage and deliver change requests through the software development lifecycle following ITIL standards.
  • Liaise with Oracle Support for effective management and resolution of Service Requests (SRs).
  • Keep clients informed about Oracle patches and legislative updates, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in risk and change management activities for project delivery.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules, ideally within Supply Chain Management (e.g. Warehouse Management, Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing).
  • Experience with additional Oracle modules (Financials, Projects, HRMS) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and support complex customisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and mentor others.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
