Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.

Central Operations is our internal support team within the Customer Experience department running Operations, such as Processes, Quality Management, and Performance Management for all CX teams, including Customer Support, Professional Services and Content production. Part of Central Operations are also single interfaces with our key cross-functional partners Data, Systems, and Product & Technology.

Role Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do”

This position is office-based (hybrid) in either Munich, Dublin or Amsterdam.

  • Intake Management: You implement and manage intake processes for requirements from CX towards our technical partner teams, such as Business Systems and Product & Technology

  • Prioritization: You prioritize technical requirements across CX and co-develop a roadmap together with partner teams

  • Requirement Refinement: Develop, approve, and scale the creation of technical and business requirements for large-scale initiatives and ad hoc CX needs

  • Cross-functional partnership: You serve as a cross-functional stakeholder manager for CX with our technical teams and work closely with System Architects, Product Managers and Developers during implementation of process and system improvements

  • Presentations: Regularly present to senior stakeholders and distill complex topics into simple narratives that drive decisions

  • Project Management: You execute project plans to coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders and deliverables for critical projects

  • Processes: You identify and provide process enhancements and improvements

  • Collaboration: Work closely with with CX Business Lead on regular business rhythms and one-off investigations/deep-dives

Role Requirements: “What You Need to Succeed” 

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in a System Architect/Product Owner/Project Management role with a focus on cross-functional work and stakeholder management in a SaaS or B2B/B2C environment.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and in services delivery with development or operations teams is a plus

  • You have experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions, as well as analytical tools

  • You are able to communicate scope expectations to Personio executives and technical stakeholders alike

  • You must be at ease operating in a small, dynamic, fast growing team, able to be self-sufficient with a can-do attitude and ability to hold oneself accountable

  • You have a passion for continuous improvement of processes, efficiency, value, and quality

  • You are a tech-savvy, data-driven person with strong analytical skills. 

  • You have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
