Join our Nonprofit Relations team and play a pivotal role in creating meaningful interactions that drive engagement and build brand loyalty with nonprofits.

This role focuses on leveraging a cross-channel, inbound marketing approach that includes email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Your expertise in digital strategy, campaign execution, and data-driven insights will enhance our team's impact, helping nonprofits succeed in Benevity’s ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic marketing planning, execution, and measuring impactful marketing campaigns, including brand content and product launches, to generate nonprofit engagement, referral and attributable revenue growth
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Client Success Ops, Product Content, Demand Generation Managers, and the creative team to find aligned communication opportunities, display the nonprofit value proposition, experience, through campaign strategies with brand messaging and performance goals
  • Develop and execute holistic content strategy to mobilise nonprofit partners around the adoption of new features or product launches, ensuring clarity, strategic focus and audience alignment
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance and efficiency metrics
  • Analyze and allocate resources and budget across core products and global regions, providing recommendations to optimize cost and efficiency metrics
  • Ensure accurate reporting setup in Nonprofit CRMs and channel platforms to track win rates, conversion rates, and source attribution
  • Oversee website management, including content updates, performance monitoring, and technical maintenance
  • Implement best practices for website analytics to track and report on key performance indicators and continuously identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements
  • Regularly provide a detailed report including performance metrics, insights, budget updates, and progress towards goals; manage the digital roadmap for upcoming quarters to ensure thoughtful resource and budget allocation as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of driving pipeline and brand awareness through strategic digital campaigns
  • Expertise in managing media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in using data from Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot and ABM tools to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, switching seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effectively articulating ideas to executives, peers, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing marketing programs across various channels, including social, email marketing, owned web properties, events, and account-based marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana is an asset
