Position Overview:
As a .NET Software Engineer you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend systems using the Microsoft-centric .NET technology stack. You will work as part of an agile, cross-functional team to support scalable applications for the public sector, integrating business logic with SQL Server databases and collaborating closely with frontend engineers. This role involves designing new features, optimizing performance, and contributing to the overall product architecture, leveraging best practices in modern .NET development and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend solutions for public-sector products using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Work with SQL Server (T-SQL) for database integration and backend development.
- Collaborate with frontend developers building modern Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) single-page applications.
- Implement new features and modules according to business needs.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, use Git for source control.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM team processes and cross-functional communication.
- Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), .NET Core.Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
- Understanding of n-tier architecture and .NET design patterns.
- Experience with Angular (or similar JavaScript frameworks), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Proficient in Git and familiar with Agile/SCRUM.Capable of writing maintainable code and documenting solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with modern .NET frameworks, such as .NET 6/7/8.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks, especially Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or other automation tools.
- Experience with n-tier architecture.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Previous work in international/multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalable enterprise systems.
