The Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Business Line plays a crucial role in developing global broadband access device products, with focus on FWA and home connectivity solutions. Based in Athens, Greece, the FWA team designs and tests new features for 5G FWA products, delivering high-quality solutions to customers worldwide. Responsibilities
- Implement and execute unit/module tests based on new feature requirements.
- Execute and automate feature test cases to ensure product quality.
- Expand and sanitize Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline testing.
- Reproduce error cases in the lab environment to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
Contribute to and review test documentation, ensuring clear and accurate reporting of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature development aligns with customer requirements.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of software solutions globally.
Must have:
BSc or MSc in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems, shell scripting, and Python.
- Experience with software versioning systems such as Git, Gitlab, Gerrit.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium.
- Solid knowledge of mobile application testing on Android and/or iOS platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Grafana.
- Familiarity with 3GPP, TCP/IP, 4G/5G radio or packet core, Wi-Fi, TR069, TR369, and L2/L3 forwarding/routing protocols.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- High dedication to teamwork, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a multinational environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Nice to have:
- 4+ years of successful software integration & verification experience.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with mobile application development such as Java & Swift.
- Knowledge of Telecom Security and Networking domains is a plus.
Familiarity with Typescript, CSS, HTML software development is a plus.
