We are seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager that is autonomous, self-driven, and eager to drive continuous improvement of our customer marketing programs. This marketer will be the end-to-end owner of some of our largest marketing programs, that are created to serve multiple audiences.They will need to build compelling programs, pitch them to customers to drive adoption and secure access to their populations. The programs must also be members-first, and drive member enrollment and engagement with our Spring Health app, supporting our utilization goals, ultimately getting members into care.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be a growth driver by collaborating with customer success, strategic account managers, and customers to develop and improve marketing programs. 
  • Develop programs that serve unique populations and segments - from frontline to corporate populations; from finance to manufacturing industries - using all channels available
  • Pitching your programs directly to our largest customers to drive adoption and secure access to communicate with non-enrolled populations.  Develop enablement materials that allow other Customer Success and Marketing partners to pitch effectively to drive impact across our customer portfolio.
  • Drive a thoughtful, measurable marketing experimentation roadmap to improve your programs long-term; be bold, creative and unafraid to test new strategies (creative, targeting, channels, etc.) that drive accelerated positive outcomes for our members and Spring Health. Analyze and report out on results and recommendations for use across the team.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Product and Engineering to automate and productize campaigns and programs to drive long-term scale.
  • Tackle big projects - build processes, playbooks and mechanisms - that benefit the rest of the marketing and customer success teams, raising our collective Marketing bar.

What success looks like in this role: 

  • Acquire new Spring Health members via compelling D2C marketing motions 
  • Build new and innovative B2B2C Marketing Programs to drive member acquisition
  • Increase population access and penetration across our broad customer base

What we expect from you:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits or in a B2B2C business is a plus
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Mixpanel/Hex, Salesforce) a plus 
  • Ability to work autonomously; comfortable building end-to-end growth campaigns/assets in standard MarTech (e.g. Iterable/Braze, Wordpress, etc). 
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to develop and execute on full funnel, omni-channel campaigns
  • Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production
  • A passion for mental health with a key focus on always putting our members first
  • Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity or change
  • Exploratory mindset with passion for testing and learning to better enable marketing performance growth
  • An ability to apply strong business judgment in high-stakes situations
  • An obsession with detail

The target base salary range for this position is $108,700 - $141,350, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
