About the Job: 

Are you ready to shape the future of learning in a fast-growing, global, and fully remote company? Zone is looking for a Sr. Manager of Learning & Development to lead the charge in building a world-class L&D function. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll design and launch innovative learning experiences that enhance employee skills, drive leadership growth, and support our company’s ambitious business goals. You’ll have the opportunity to influence culture, scale learning solutions globally, and leave a lasting mark on our organization.

What You’ll Do...
  • Develop and execute a global L&D strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable performance improvement.

  • Build, manage, and scale engaging training programs across technical skills, soft skills, compliance, leadership development, and career progression.

  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Product, and other functions to identify skills gaps and deliver tailored learning solutions.

  • Lead workshops, coaching sessions, and team-building initiatives that foster collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership growth.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize learning programs and measure impact.

  • Manage global L&D operations, including vendor partnerships, budgets, LMS oversight, and program rollout across diverse regions.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and professional growth across the organization. 

 What You'll Need...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in senior L&D roles, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or fast-growth tech environments.

  • Proven expertise in leadership development, instructional design, and deploying modern learning technologies.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link learning initiatives to organizational performance.

  • Experience measuring program effectiveness and using data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and multiple learning modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, inspire teams, and build a culture of learning and development.
