Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Growth Marketing Lead

About the position: 

We are seeking a new Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Lead to join our Strategic Growth Team. In this senior role, you will play an integral part in steering our growth initiatives, managing our team members, pioneering new strategies and revenue models, and driving the success of key client verticals. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, fostering our culture, managing a team of ambitious growth analysts/managers, guiding strategic direction, and focusing on building relationships with clients by leading client calls, participating in account kickoffs, and identifying campaign objectives/executing campaign strategy. 

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with leading the ideation, creation, and execution of campaigns, including account setup, account management, strategy development, and fostering client relationships. Along with the leadership skills necessary to provide direction and mentorship to team members.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and manage the Strategic Growth account teams (3-5 direct reports, analysts and managers) based in Dublin
  • Determine successful strategies for scale across paid social and native networks, provide industry insights for innovation
  • Manage vertical budgets and pacing while identifying opportunities for account growth and revenue diversification. 
  • Responsible for weekly revenue projections and reporting, present to leadership.
  • Foster collaboration with team members, streamline processes to create efficiency, and ensure organization across all teams
  • Assist teams in identifying campaign objectives, define KPIs, and execute key campaign optimizations;
  • Oversee and lead client calls, ensuring that objectives are met and strategies are aligned with client goals
  • Build client rapport, oversee new client kick-offs, foster positive client relationships
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations;
  • Research, source, and manage new creative marketing assets in various client verticals
  • Develop new concepts and ideas to drive client campaign performance using reporting, analytics, and trend tools/analysis;

 

What you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field;
  • 4 - 6 years of experience working within the Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing field;
  • Experience managing direct reports;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once; 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extremely creative with an ability to think outside the box.
