Job DescriptionWe're looking for driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Financial Accounting to lead the delivery of top-tier financial reporting and accounting services across a diverse client portfolio. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and mentoring others while delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
What you will do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality accounting services
- Prepare and review financial statements under Irish GAAP and IFRS
- Oversee and review deliverables prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance whilst providing mentoring and coaching to support team capability, development, and performance
- Maintain accounting records and over VAT preparation and RTD filings
- Contribute to process improvement and support client directors in enhancing service delivery.

- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and service expectations
- Strong skills in bookkeeping, VAT returns, and financial statement preparation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
- Comfortable guiding others and supporting a collaborative team environment.
