As the Senior Manager of EMEA Partners and Alliances at Fivetran, you'll lead strategic partnerships across EMEA to drive growth and market expansion. Your role will involve cultivating and nurturing relationships with key partners and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals. Leveraging your deep understanding of the EMEA market, you'll spearhead initiatives to maximize partner contributions to revenue and customer success. 


As part of your role, you will manage a team of individual contributors in EMEA. You have experience managing teams at a high level and a deep understanding of channel, GSI, and reseller activation.


This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin, Ireland office or remotely in Europe (Ireland, France, Germany, UK).

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performance team of partner managers and alliance professionals across the EMEA region, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA, aligning with overall company objectives and sales targets to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners, including technology vendors, system integrators, and resellers, to maximize joint business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify and prioritize partner-driven opportunities, ensuring effective partner enablement and alignment with sales processes.
  • Partner with our GSI and reseller team to accelerate GTM execution in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with our global partner leaders for Partner Programs, Tech Alliances, Resellers, and SIs to ensure alignment on key initiatives and responsibilities for local execution in EMEA.
  • Provide guidance and support to partner managers in managing partner relationships, resolving conflicts, and overcoming obstacles to achieve shared goals.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, product integrations, and Go-to-Market initiatives.


Skills We’re Looking For

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a high-output team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Partner Management: Strong experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, with a proven track record of driving results through effective collaboration and alignment.
  • Sales Enablement: Deep understanding of sales processes and ability to work closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on partner-driven opportunities, ensuring seamless partner enablement and alignment with sales strategies.
