Your Impact
Advise on a variety of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes.
Work closely with various departments to develop business-oriented legal solutions.
Support cross-functional projects, including post-merger integration and governance work.
Your Skills
Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (First and Second State Exams, both with at least “befriedigend” grades).
Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multiple topics simultaneously and navigating cross-functional projects.
Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, practical language.
Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation.
