We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior / Lead Front-End Developer to join our remote engineering team. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, writes high-quality code, and enjoys mentoring others while staying on top of the latest technologies.
You will:
- Lead development of a core front-end application, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with back-end and full-stack engineers to build seamless, high-performing systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
- Design and develop modern React applications with clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Implement front-end best practices for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Stay current with emerging tools and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem.
This is a leadership role for a hands-on front-end expert who can think strategically, code efficiently, and mentor confidently
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional web development experience.
- 2+ years of solid, production-level React experience.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
- Deep experience with state management, component composition, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of Next.js, Redux, React Query, or similar libraries.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive mindset—you make things happen rather than wait for direction.
