Senior Java Full - Stack Engineer

Your role at Dynatrace

• You will work on a product that processes and integrates data collected from a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments.
• You will develop enterprise Java service working in on-premises environments.
• As full - stack Java enterprise engineer you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining features spanning from data processing up to their presentation in advanced Angular/GWT frameworks
• You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation.
• You will be a part of mature development team with years of experience.
• You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers.
• You will have the opportunity to convert your ideas into patents with your name on them.

What will help you succeed

• Solid 3+ years of experience with Java and professional experience in development and architectural design
• Good enough understanding and practice in Angular/GWT
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.
• Good English communication, spoken and written
• Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach

Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range - starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
