What You'll Do:
- Participate in business analysis, system design, and technical infrastructure meetings and workshops;
- Compile, review, and validate requirements and specifications, at both functional and technical levels;
- Analyze requirements, business processes, and workflows, working in close collaboration with the client and effectively mapping them to the system and technical specifications;
- Prepare and elaborate project status and technical reports;
- Carry out functional testing and prepare end-user documentation;
- Liaise with clients to address timely functional and technical project issues;
- Deliver Consulting, Training, and Coaching services to clients;
- Participate in project coordination and review meetings.
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology;
- At minimum 3 years experience in System Analysis of large web development projects, preferably for the government sector;
- Good knowledge and experience in Scrum, Agile, Prince 2, and ITIL;
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
