You will be a part of a global professional team, handling the activity at the very beginning of the Sales cycle and working on a big segment of customers to create new business opportunities for the company. 


Location: Dublin, Ireland

Hybrid: 1-2 Days Onsite per Week 

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities;
  • Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
  • Meets monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments;
  • Coordinates activities with clients and strategic partners to further establish Axway’s penetration within the existing customer base;
  • Establishes strong relationships with key executives at strategic accounts;
  • Get access to power on the business and IT sides;
  • Determines the sales approach to sell complex IT solutions;
  • Hunting new prospects and developing them;
  • Work in collaboration with AE;
  • Manage the forecast and commit on it;
  • Developing a strong customer satisfaction culture;
  • Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity;
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plus;
  • Experience using “hunting” sales skills;
  • Ability to create and execute complex sales strategies;
  • Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required;
  • Posses an accute sense of urgency;
  • Intellectually curious;
  • Able to travel as required;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC);
  • Nice to have a relevant university degree in business, sales, or marketing. Advanced degree in business management or marketing is also desirable;
  • Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors;
