If so, we want to meet you.

As a Senior HR Transformation Consultant, you’ll step into a role where your expertise isn’t just valued—it’s pivotal. ✨ Shape future-state operating models, drive digital HR adoption, and influence enterprise strategy
✨ Enjoy real autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to make visible impact
✨ Be supported with certifications, a clear career pathway, and a culture that invests in your growth
✨ Work in a values-driven consultancy recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in the UK & Ireland

This is a role for ambitious, strategic thinkers—people who bring both HR expertise and consulting leadership, and who want their work to matter.
