The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, technology enabled, and employee centric HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Our HR team is focused on transformation, customer centricity and delivering measurable value to drive the business. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about enabling our employees by driving process optimization, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance user experience, scalability, and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid role and will be based from our new office at North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.

ResponsibilitiesEmployee Experience & Service Excellence
  • Own and continuously enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience, ensuring a seamless and positive journey from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Deliver engaging and high-impact HR inductions across all jurisdictions, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on company policies ad ways of working, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Movers, Joiners, and Leavers processes, ensuring a frictionless and employee-first approach.
  • Manage employee documentation queries (bank forms, reference letters, etc.) with efficiency and a strong service mindset.
  • Consult with employees on family leave and other life events, ensuring a supportive experience in line with jurisdictional requirements.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes to drive scalability and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as audit lead within the team, ensuring documentation, controls, and processes are robust, compliant, and future ready.
  • Partner closely with the wider HR team including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other COE’s to continuously refine cross-functional processes.
Workday & HR Technology Optimization
  • Act as a Workday super user ensuring optimal system configuration and adoption.
  • Leverage HR system and AI to design intuitive, user-friendly workflows and self-service experiences.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within Workday and across integrated systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced HR Operations environment, with demonstrated success in process improvement and operational optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong experience with Workday (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Help), with a focus on system enhancement and user experience design.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and comfort working with HR data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to continuous improvement.
