About

We are looking for an HR Operations Professional to take full ownership of our HR operations, building scalable, efficient, and compliant people processes that empower HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive meaningful business conversations. 


This role is a key enabler of strategic HR decision-making, delivering the insights, processes, and infrastructure that empower the People team in raising performance, enhancing employee experience, and supporting business leaders effectively.


You Will Own

Strategic Data Insights & People Analytics

  • Own and develop HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable workforce insights, helping HRBPs guide business leaders effectively.
  • Ensure analytics and reporting equip HRBPs with data-driven recommendations, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with Finance to integrate HR and compensation data into financial systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.

People Processes & Policies

  • Design, implement, and optimize HR processes and frameworks that align with business needs while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Own and refine key HR cycles, including:
    • Compensation and rewards – ensuring alignment with HRBP, Finance and business goals
    • Engagement surveys – managing design, execution, and reporting to provide actionable insights
    • Salary reviews, promotion cycles, and career progression – operationalising frameworks to support talent growth
    • Performance management – designing and executing processes that drive excellence
  • Ensure all processes are strategic, efficient, and support HRBPs in delivering value to the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Finance & Internal Stakeholders

  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to ensure HR frameworks, processes, and data align with financial planning and operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain HR infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with Finance systems, ensuring alignment in budgeting, compensation, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Compliance to align HR operations with company-wide strategies.

Vendor Management & HR Systems

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR vendors, including:
    • Employer of Record (EOR) partners
    • HR Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Payroll and benefits providers
  • Ensure vendor solutions integrate effectively with Finance and HR operations, maintaining cost efficiency and service quality.

Employment Law & Compliance

  • Fully own and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all locations where we operate.
  • Manage employment law matters directly, via EOR or through external legal advisors, ensuring full compliance.
  • Align HR policies with global labor laws and financial compliance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all operating regions.
  • Lead HR-related work for opening new legal entities, ensuring full compliance with employment regulations.
  • Manage all contracting and employment-related processes for global employees.

You Must Have


  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or a similar role, in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong HR data analytics skills, with experience in building dashboards and insights that help HRBPs drive workforce strategy.
  • Deep expertise in HR frameworks, policy design, and process optimization (compensation, performance management, engagement, promotions, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration with Finance, understanding how HR data maps to financial systems.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance across multiple countries.
  • Experience managing HRMS, payroll providers, and HR technology solutions.
  • A process-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute hands-on, ensuring HR operations function at a world-class level.
