We are growing stronger than ever before and now hiring a Market Expansion Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager. 

This critical role positions you as the local operational architect, owning the strategic expansion and ensuring market leadership in Ireland. You will drive high-impact initiatives, focused on cultivating game-changing external partnerships and platforms, alongside strategically consolidating services to maximize our reach and efficiency.. As a central connector and cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with global and local teams (Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to dismantle roadblocks and rapidly accelerate our product-market fit.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Market Development: Strategically design and execute initiatives to identify and secure transformative non-organic growth opportunities, focusing on network-level partnerships and ecosystem integrations that solidify our long-term presence and scale in Ireland.
    • Strategic Integration: Own the transition process for every new partner we sign. You’ll make sure the hand-off is smooth, the tech works, and the partnership starts delivering results immediately.
    • Relationship Management: Lead our most important external relationships, building the trust needed to keep our key partners engaged and aligned for the long term.
    • Commercial Strategy: Own and iterate on the development of new revenue streams that.
    • Leverage our combined global expertise, creating a seamless, world-class experience for international travelers and local users alike.
    • Operational Excellence: Define, track, and relentlessly optimize key business metrics and operational KPIs to guarantee the highest service levels are maintained during periods of rapid network expansion and systemic change.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the influential voice and primary advocate for the Irish market, bridging local needs with central functions (Central Ops, Marketplace, Product, Tech) to shape global roadmaps and guarantee the achievement of local growth targets.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

    • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-growth Tech, Operations, Startups or Strategy Consulting environment, demonstrating mastery in managing and executing complex, large-scale projects.
    • Proven ability to execute and close high-stakes, transformative commercial deals and complex partnership agreements.
    • A data-driven operational expert obsessed with process optimization, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive strategic outcomes.
    • Exceptional strategic acuity to prioritize competing high-value opportunities and relentlessly focus on activities that deliver maximum impact and strategic growth.
    • Superior stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As the Go To Market Operations Manager, you will act as the strategic engine for Freenow by Lyft for Business, leading cross-functional coordination to align marketing and sales execution across all countries. Your daily adventures will include managing the architectural integrity of HubSpot and designing complex "logic engines" to automate the customer journey from lead capture to sales handoff.

You will execute technical lead routing strategies to ensure "speed to lead" targets are met while using AI-driven tools like Clay to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data enrichment. Beyond system maintenance, you will proactively identify accounts to launch automated Outbound Marketing (ABM) and re-engagement campaigns and perform weekly health audits across Salesforce and Salesloft to resolve data discrepancies. 

Ultimately, you will serve as a technical liaison, translating complex automations into clear performance reports for senior leadership to ensure a scalable and efficient operational infrastructure

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience outbound Marketing. 
  • Expert-level, hands-on management of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Clay, Cargo, or Zapier, ideally including basic scripting in JavaScript or Python.
  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) models and tools that empower sales outbounding.
  • Ability to serve as the primary contact for resolving tech stack issues and data friction.
  • Excellence in technical translation and leading alignment meetings between Sales and Marketing teams.
  • The ability to stay ahead of "MarTech" trends to keep the operational infrastructure competitive
