Miratech is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The role is intended to support the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the brand, ensuring all materials align with established guidelines and reflect the desired look and feel. We’re looking for someone who can not only bring strong design expertise but also provide strategic input and guidance on brand development across various channels.

Responsibilities:
- Own, shape, and maintain Miratech’s brand and visual identity.
- Steer and design concepts, design, and brand routes, to produce branded digital creative for web, social, and various marketing collateral.
- Design and maintain marketing materials and product visuals across a variety of platforms.
- Design and optimize web layouts and marketing landing pages.
- Design and produce brand assets, e.g., advertisements, social media imagery, brand swag, etc., while maintaining a unified brand.
- Design event branding for marketing and company events.
- Stay on top of the latest in cutting-edge graphic and multimedia design.
- Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, brand identity, and UX/UI.
- Experience in creating digital and printed marketing collateral, banners, visuals for blog posts, web/landing pages, ad campaigns, and creating and editing business presentations.
- Professional competency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to proactively consult and strategically advise on graphics and brand, not just execute.
- Multimedia/video development is an advantage.
- Experience of brand rollouts is an advantage.
- English: upper-intermediate or above is a must, as you will be working with the international team.
