- Develop new user-facing features using React and Typescript

Many teams at Dropbox run Services with on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both core and non-core business hours. If a team has an on-call rotation, all engineers on the team are expected to participate in the rotation as part of their employment. Requirements- BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering and/or work-related industry experience
- Success developing and shipping a large-scale web application with a user-empathetic mindset.
- Skilled at building user-facing applications and supporting systems and libraries on web and/or desktop using frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS.
- Ability to work across the stack on projects and able to build a minimum working product quickly.
- Experience delivering high-impact features in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong sense of ownership over both technical and product outcomes.
- Comfortable working in lean, agile teams with frequent deployments and a high degree of autonomy, ideally in a startup or startup-like setting.
- Strong user empathy and a track record of translating real-world customer feedback into elegant, scalable product experiences.
