Partner with the Head of Finance to build and lead the Financial Planning & Strategy function, implementing robust processes and systems to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes
  • Lead implementation and optimization of a modern FP&A platform (Pigment/Mosaic/Abacum)
  • Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Partner with department heads to develop KPI frameworks and business insights
  • Create board and executive-level financial materials and presentations

Requirements

  • 5-8 years+ of FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong data analysis capabilities
  • Track record of cross-functional partnership and influence
