Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finance Business Partnering:
- Deeply involved in business strategy discussion and brand strategy/tactical plan, set-up/manage/implement finance strategy/priorities based on the business strategy and tactical plan,
- Based on yearly forecast, market dynamics, sales team's performance, provide proposal of monthly net sales to management team,
- Leverage all internal finance analysis systems, provide regular/specific/intime evaluation to business/brand operational results, payback from investment or resources allocations to key projects,
- Efficiency performance for business teams (weekly base), focus on trend analysis and gap assessment of forecast/actual for both topline revenue and OPEX, provide intime guidance to operational result, budget allocation adjustment,
- Review of SFE executive works,
Finance Planning and Analysis:
- Responsible for HK & Macau financial planning including mid-range plan/mid-year commitment/latest best estimation/long range forecast, work closely with China finance and/or global teams, lead all discussions within HKBU different business franchises and medical teams,
- Provide monthly performance analysis/quarterly landing forecast to the management team from an overall company perspective, set up regular and effective scheme to HK management team to enhance performance management,
- Prepare necessary review deck to communicate with China management and finance team, close communication with China finance team to improve transparency of HK business performance and trend,
- Adopt internal tools to improve planning efficiency and quality,
Financial Operation:
- Collaborate with various finance folks & functions in China and/or global for high quality financial reporting, such as sales reconciliation, accrual and provision, etc,
- Key finance technical support to local HK team and/or China/global team such as technical accounting, finance end-to-end process, internal control, internal/external audit, etc
- Evolve the financial model running in HK and Macau to maximize the value of business solution team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of finance related experiences, good understanding of pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
- Capability to manage different tasks and apply digital technologies & tools to improve efficiency, provide insights.
- Fluency in Cantonese, with a good command of both spoken and written English.
