Job Description- Translate business goals and strategic objectives into a long-term technology vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and business leaders to align technical solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights into the technical implications of strategic decisions.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business units, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Identify, mitigate, and monitor architectural risks related to scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure systems are designed with resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity in mind.
- Contribute to risk assessments and compliance reviews for major technology initiatives.
- Lead and mentor solution architects, technical leads, and engineering teams in architectural best practices.
- Foster internal capabilities through knowledge sharing, training, and architectural communities of practice.
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to support enterprise goals.
- Align architectural roadmaps with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and business capability models.
- Must have at least ten (10) years ICT experience
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership on technical strategy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in building collaborative relationships across business and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of architectural risk management and system resilience planning.
- Experience contributing to compliance and risk assessments for large-scale initiatives.
- Track record of mentoring and leading technical teams in architecture practices.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience aligning architecture with strategic business and IT goals.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to enterprise IT.
